• Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical massage to meet individual client needs.
• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, specific concerns, and treatment goals.
• Educate clients on self‑care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness.
• Maintain detailed treatment records in compliance with licensing and health regulations.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by adhering to sanitation standards and proper draping techniques.
• Communicate effectively with clients about their progress and adjust treatments accordingly for optimal results.
• Stay current with industry trends and expand your skills through continuous education in physiology, anatomy, pain management, and occupational health.

• Valid state licensure as a Massage and Bodywork Therapist or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience in various massage modalities including Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical massage.
• Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
• Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) or first aid is required.
• Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to perform detailed patient assessments and develop customized treatment plans.
• Prior experience working in medical spas or occupational health settings is a plus.
• Commitment to maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and high standards of hygiene at all times.
