Your Role as a Mobile Radiologic Technologist Diagnostic Imaging
  • Perform diagnostic X-rays ordered by providers to support timely and accurate patient diagnosis.
  • Review images for quality and completeness.
  • Follow all radiation safety standards and imaging protocols.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot radiology equipment as appropriate.
Clinical Support
  • Assist providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
  • Support patient flow and contribute to an efficient clinical environment.
  • Ensure patient comfort by clearly explaining imaging procedures and answering questions.
Mobile Coverage
  • Provide imaging coverage across multiple designated urgent care locations.
  • Travel between assigned centers as scheduled to support operational needs.
  • Partner with providers and clinical teams using Microsoft Teams and other communication tools to ensure seamless coordination of care.
Patient Experience
  • Deliver professional, compassionate care during every patient interaction.
  • Help create a welcoming environment that reflects the values and standards of Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care.
What We're Looking For
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
  • Current ARRT certification required
  • State licensure in Radiography required
