Confidential Talent Acquisition Specialist – Finance - CT

$140k-175k base + bonus

The Role

A confidential and growing investment firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team. This is a hands‑on recruiting position with significant ownership across the full hiring process and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing searches from initial intake through onboarding, while developing creative sourcing strategies and building strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who is entrepreneurial, proactive, and looking to take on greater ownership within a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting processes from initial intake through offer and onboarding
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective search strategies
  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through a variety of channels
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
  • Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and assessment
  • Coordinate interview processes and manage candidate communication throughout the process
  • Assist with offer negotiations and closing candidates
  • Support a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through start date
  • Maintain accurate recruiting information and activity within internal systems
  • Assist with job descriptions, postings, and other recruiting materials
  • Track recruiting activity and provide updates to internal stakeholders
  • Utilize technology and AI tools to improve sourcing, research, and recruiting efficiency
  • Contribute to process improvements and other team initiatives as needed
Qualifications
  • 2–8 years of recruiting experience
  • Full‑cycle recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Agency, search, or in‑house recruiting experience considered
  • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently
  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Comfortable using recruiting technology and emerging AI tools
  • Professional and confident when interacting with senior‑level stakeholders
