Director, IT Infrastructure

** Job Summary
** We are seeking a Director of IT Infrastructure to support and enhance our enterprise infrastructure operations across a fast-growing retail company with 7,000+ users and 200+ locations nationwide. This role will be a key contributor in shaping the strategic direction, architecture, financial management, and operational excellence of our Citrix, SAP, Microsoft, Azure, Zscaler, and Okta ecosystems. The Director will collaborate closely with the VP of Infrastructure and Security to ensure high availability, security, and cost efficiency while continuously improving infrastructure performance and scalability.

We are open to the right person working primarily remote, but they need to be within a 1.5 hour radius of Manchester, CT Corporate HQ. Travel to the office will be on an as-needed basis.

* *** Strategic Contribution & Roadmap Execution
*** Support the development and execution of a multi-year IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
* Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives focused on cloud transformation, network security, and end-user computing.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure infrastructure capabilities support business expansion.
** Infrastructure & Cloud Operations
*** Assist in overseeing the Azure-based cloud and on-prem hybrid environments, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
* Support the implementation and optimization of Citrix VDI solutions for a seamless and secure end-user experience across distributed locations.
* Work with teams to manage SAP infrastructure supporting business-critical ERP operations.
* Contribute to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and identity management strategies for enterprise-wide collaboration and security.
* Support the administration and optimization of Zscaler and Okta for secure access and identity governance.
