Join an established, multi-location distributor as the Supply Chain & Inventory Manager leading purchasing, inventory, replenishment, warehouse, and delivery operations across its regional branch network. Using Epicor Eclipse, you'll drive inventory availability, purchasing decisions, and working-capital performance in a highly visible role with direct influence over supply chain outcomes.

• Coordinate inventory planning, purchasing, and replenishment across a multi-location distribution network
• Balance inventory between branches and manage high-volume interbranch transfers
• Use Epicor Eclipse to manage purchasing queues, demand forecasts, replenishment parameters, and stock-transfer activity
• Improve key metrics including DSI, inventory turns, stockout frequency, and economic stocking quantities
• Identify slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory, executing transfer, markdown, and liquidation strategies
• Improve cycle-counting practices, inventory accuracy, and shrinkage controls
• Coordinate fleet utilization, delivery routing, dispatch performance, and proof-of-delivery processes
• Partner with manufacturers and vendors on strategic purchasing and margin protection
• Travel regularly across the branch network to audit inventory, warehouse, and delivery operations

• 6+ years of experience across inventory management, purchasing, warehouse operations, or supply chain management
• 3+ years leading supply chain or inventory operations in a multi-location distribution environment
• Strong operational experience with Epicor Eclipse or a comparable distribution-focused ERP
• Demonstrated success improving inventory turns, DSI, stock availability, or replenishment performance
• Experience managing purchasing queues, demand planning, and interbranch inventory transfers
• Background in construction materials, industrial products, equipment, or wholesale distribution
• Certified Supply Chain Professional designation or comparable supply chain certification
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly between regional locations
