We are seeking a full-time Assistant General Manager to join our team on-site in Manchester, CT. The Assistant General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, support staff development, ensure excellent customer service, and execute organizational strategies. The role involves managing team performance, ensuring club cleanliness, assisting in achieving membership goals, and supporting efficient operational processes. The Assistant General Manager will serve as a mentor and assist with training team members to ensure productivity while fostering a positive, engaging environment for members and employees.

• Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to train, motivate, and develop a diverse team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills to ensure efficient team collaboration and exceptional member experience
• Operational and organizational expertise to manage club workflows, financial reporting, and compliance with company standards
• Experience in sales and membership engagement, with a customer-focused mindset to support business goals
• Enthusiasm for fitness and wellness, along with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and previous management experience in fitness, hospitality, or a similar industry are preferred
