Director of Operations

This full-time, on-site Director of Operations role is based in Manchester, CT. The Director of Operations will oversee daily operational activities, develop and implement efficient processes, manage teams, and coordinate strategic initiatives. The role involves responsibility for budget planning, resource allocation, and fostering operational excellence while ensuring optimal customer service levels.

• Experience in Operations Management, with the ability to streamline processes and optimize efficiency
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements
• Team Management experience, including leadership, mentorship, and collaboration
• Budgeting skills aimed at financial planning, cost management, and resource optimization
• Strong Customer Service orientation and a focus on delivering high levels of client satisfaction
• Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using operational and scheduling tools or systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field;
  Master’s degree is a plus
• Experience in the aerospace or defense industry is preferred
