The Digital Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Canon, Zeikon, and Komori digital presses to produce vibrant, high-quality printed materials that meet exacting customer specifications. This role requires technical precision, colour accuracy, and a passion for digital print innovation. The operator monitors print quality, registration, and consistency throughout each job, making adjustments to achieve flawless results. • Operate high-quality digital printing presses to meet customer specifications.
• Monitor print runs to ensure consistent colour, registration, and image quality.
• Interpret layouts, check paper stock, and assist in overall press setup (sheet size, coating, blankets, etc.).
• Refill and adjust paper trays to maintain efficient production flow.
• Load substrates onto the press and accurately record production data.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and cleaning on press equipment.
• Troubleshoot and adjust as needed to ensure top-quality output.
• Conduct quality checks throughout each run and present finished samples for approval.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of press operation.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of colour and excellent visual acuity.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Team-player attitude and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-4 months of experience operating digital press machines.

Standing 50% of shift. Lifting up to 35-75 lbs. repeatedly. Carrying 25-50 lbs. Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of materials.
