CNC Turner 2nd Shift

We have a live opportunity for a CNC Turner to join a leading aerospace manufacturing company based close to Manchester, CT. Second shifts are available.

Due to continued growth, our client is actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic CNC Turner to join their industry-leading business.

The CNC Turner will set up and operate CNC turning machines to produce high-quality, flight-critical components and precision-engineered parts.

• Set up and operate CNC turning machinery.
• Work with multi-axis lathes and turning centers.
• Read and interpret technical blueprints to manufacture complex precision components.
• Machine a range of aerospace materials including aluminium, stainless steel, magnesium, titanium, and nickel alloys.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and ensure equipment is properly cared for.

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in CNC turning.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong ability to work to tight tolerances and high-quality standards.
• Aerospace machining experience highly desirable.
• Confident in reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings.

• 1st Shift: 6:00am-3:30pm or 7:00am-4:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 4:30pm-3:30am (10-hour shifts)
• Pay Range: $26.97 - $32.50 per hour (depending on experience)
• 2nd Shift Differential: Additional 10% on hourly rate

This is a full-time permanent position for the successful CNC Turner.
