Building 321 - Manchester, CT 06042
Responsible for production and quality of assigned operation.
Duties and Responsibilities- Perform production operations according to established methods.
- Follow work instructions to perform production tasks.
- Operate production equipment in a variety of areas on the shop floor.
- Ensure part finish quality is to requirements.
- Complete production-related paperwork, signoffs as required. Document part counts in ERP system.
- Participate in CI and Lean-related activities.
- Cross train in other production areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Customer focus.
- Teamwork.
- Focus on results.
- Listening
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Exposure to manufacturing environments/practices preferred.
- Ability to read and write English
- Math aptitude.
- Basic computer skills.
- Working knowledge of Lean principles and philosophies.
- Lift/Carry (lbs.): 15-45 lbs.,
- Push/Pull (lbs.): 1-15 lbs.
