Purpose of Your Licensed Practical Nurse LPN/ RN Charge Nurse Job Position

The primary purpose of your position as LPN or RN charge nurse is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs and other nursing personnel. Qualifications

• Compassionate, team player

• Valid LPN/ RN License in the State of Connecticut

• One year of experience in acute care and/or long-term care in a skilled nursing facility preferred

• Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing, required.
