Shift(s): 3x12 Nights (No block scheduling) On Call:
No Weekend:
Yes – every other (Fri-Sun) Floating:
Yes – MS units, between Manchester and Rockville Contract Length: 13 weeks Required

Certifications:

- State license (CT or compact) - BCLS

Required Experience:

- 2 Years of experience - EPIC charting
- Phlebotomy

Preferred Experience:

- Unit Accepts 1st time traveler with strong MS experience
- Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias - IV/Phlebotomy experience Additional info about the unit:

- Day Staffing Ratios: 1:5-7 - Night Staffing Ratios: 1:6-7 - The med-surg travelers will be in a general med-surg float pool and will float to where needed within med-surg. We do provide patient care to all med-surg type patients including general surgery and ortho/neuro post op.
