About This Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU provides high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to respond to changes in patient conditions. This role is ideal for nurses who are dedicated to delivering exceptional care and supporting professional nursing practice.

• Pay: $8,000 BONUS ELIGIBLE

• Schedule: Part Time, Night shift

• Provide direct and indirect patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate the patient's clinical condition and respond to changes in condition or treatment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles to provide age-appropriate care.
• Promote the profession of nursing through collegial support and interactions.

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing

Experience:

• Current licensure in the State of Connecticut

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon hire or within the introductory orientation period
