The Assistant Nurse Manager is a leadership role responsible for directing patient care activities and ensuring quality service excellence. This position is ideal for experienced nurses looking to take on a clinical expert role while supporting team members in a dynamic healthcare environment.

• Facility: Manchester Memorial Hospital
• Department/Unit: 91011-MMH 3 North
• Schedule: Full Time, variable shift

• Direct the work to ensure overall patient care is managed safely and efficiently.
• Review assignment of patient care activities to assure staff qualifications.
• Support team members and ensure quality and service excellence to patients.
• Facilitate solutions for challenging patient care situations.
• Appropriately assign workload and collaborate with the manager to monitor staff performance.

Education:

• BSN or related field required; candidates in the process of completing educational requirements will be considered.

Experience:

• Charge nurse or supervisory experience required.

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current CT RN license required.
