Hiring:
Quality Control Inspector / Technician
The aerospace industry is evolving fast and my client is building it differently. They're a next-generation aerospace manufacturer organization combining startup speed with deep industry expertise
, using automation, AI-driven tools, and digital manufacturing to rethink how flight-critical components are built and scaled.
They're looking for a Quality Control Inspector / Technician to help ensure products meet the highest customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
What You’ll Do- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections
- Use hand tools, CMMs, and advanced inspection equipment
- Verify calibration and review parts for blueprint/spec compliance
- Support First Article Inspections (FAI)
- Create and manage NCMRs
- Participate in audits and continuous improvement efforts
- 2+ years of Quality Control experience
- Technical degree preferred (or HS diploma + 5 yrs experience)
- Knowledge of GD&T and aerospace quality standards (preferred)
- Blueprint and work instruction interpretation
- Experience with ERP, inspection software, and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- U.S. Citizenship required; able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Full-time, hourly position
