Observe store activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity and collect investigative evidence;
Follow AP Directives and Company policy when making apprehensions;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft;
Report suspected fraud and policy infractions to AP or Store leadership;
Create and manage records for apprehension, witness statements, retention of evidence, and disposition of recovered merchandise
