SUMMARY
Working under direct supervision, the Seasonal Warehouse Worker (based upon assigned area) provides manual and clerical support in sorting, processing and verifying merchandise, as well as manual support in picking merchandise under engineered standards, and facilities safety and profitability by executing company programs and investigating any suspicious team member activities or behavior in the facility. Non‑routine activities may require a supervisor's advanced approval.
BRC/ Packer
- Prepares merchandise for distribution, including checks, inspections and logs data to the inventory systems.
- Moves merchandise from one location to another manually or mechanically.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
- Picks "A" merchandise for distribution.
- Moves merchandise manually from one location to another.
- Processes returned merchandise by ticketing, bagging and binning.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
- Conducts surveillance and observes customers and contractors for theft, fraud or violence.
- Supports shrinkage awareness programs.
- Maintains accurate record sheets for investigations.
- Responds to emergencies, including bodily fluid clean‑up and first‑responder duties.
- Maintains facility truck entrance processes.
- Uses the CCTV system to identify threats.
- Maintains entry and exit points.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
- No experience required; at least six months related experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required; college degree preferred.
- At least six months of experience in Asset Protection or Auditing required; one year preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow general and written instructions with elementary arithmetic.
- Familiarity with contemporary merchandise processing equipment, e.g., handheld scanners.
- Ability to learn computer processing systems.
- Ability to work efficiently.
- Ability to determine prescribed steps for processing problem cartons.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
- Knowledge of loss prevention policies and local legal requirements.
- Balanced temperament with composure in high‑stress situations.
- Results orientation: solves problems and makes decisions that drive sales, profit or customer service.
- Ownership: provides great customer service, cooperates, builds inclusive relationships and takes accountability.

Pay RangeUSD $18.50 per hour – USD $23.50 per hour.
