Hourly rate ranges from $23.94 - $24.19 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Store Manager ensures maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures. The Store Manager establishes and maintains Guest Services, oversees human resources management, and is accountable for the operation of a store, ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and Company standards.

Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.

Requires physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours per day.

Prior retail management experience is required.
