Retail Supervisor – Inventory (Part-Time)
Salary: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour. The hourly rate range is based on actual ranges for employees who currently hold a comparable position.
Location:
Greater Hartford Area (Hartford, East Hartford, Manchester, Newington, Plainville, New Britain).

- Coach and develop Inventory Associates
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow
- Serve as a primary contact for resolving inventory-related concerns and partner with District and Area Managers to drive operational excellence
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Travel to retail locations

- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude
- Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen if required
- Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, or meeting WIS fleet driver requirements may be required
Backgrounds in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gaming, athletics, coaching, and general labor are all valuable.
No degree required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
Working ConditionsThis position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk occasionally, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequently be in low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and travel via car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
