Retail Inventory Associate - Driver (Part-Time)
Salary Starting at $18.00 - $23.00. The hourly rate range is based on actual ranges for employees who currently hold a comparable position.
Hiring throughout the greater Hartford Area:
Hartford, East Hartford, Manchester, Newington, Plainville, New Britain.

- Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional opportunities up to $5.00 per hour.

- Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
- Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance‑based pay program.
- Travel to retail locations.

- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching.
- Climbing ladders when needed.
- Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds.
- Working quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- At least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver; at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
- Minimum of 3 years proven driving experience.
- Valid driver’s license in state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using handheld technology.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.
- Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings and late nights.
Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coach, and general labor experience are valuable backgrounds. No degree required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
