Operations Associate - Shoppes @ Buckland

The Operations Associate’s role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. This early‑morning position requires you to work with a team to perform tasks before store opening.

• Customer Service – you maneuver around the store at a fast pace, working with merchandise, and help customers with questions or requests.
• Executes pricing and signing – you can change ticket prices and sign merchandise quickly and accurately.
• Replenish and restock – you understand customer needs and assist sales floor peers by pulling and preparing merchandise for the floor.
• Receive and unload merchandise – you work with coworkers to unload trucks and prepare items in the backroom.
• Backroom standards – you keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Omnichannel – you contribute to online pickup, ship‑from‑store, order delivery and returns, and shipping online orders.
• Merchandise strategy – you execute leadership plans for merchandise placement and maintain standards to deliver customer experience.
• Participates in a learning environment – you absorb new information from peers or training on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other processes.

• Results – solve problems and make smart decisions that drive sales, profit or customer service; execute work efficiently and inspire performance.
• Ownership – provide great customer service, cooperate, build positive relationships, and take accountability for actions.
• Intensity – proactively improve the customer experience, show confidence and courage, and act with energy.
• Work experience – 1‑2 years retail experience.
