Game Stop - 1500-F Pleasant Valley Road - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs;
Fully support the overall shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season;
Collaborate with the store team to keep restrooms and store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines;
Assist in stocking/restocking merchandise and ensuring proper presentation on the sales floor;
Address guest questions and concerns and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed
