Overview

GEICO is hiring an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Bilingual (English/Spanish) Insurance Sales Agent for our Manchester, CT exclusive agency. The role involves helping customers with insurance needs, building relationships, and delivering bilingual service to the Spanish-speaking community.

• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Educate clients on insurance needs and provide personalized coverage recommendations.
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Motorcycle, Umbrella, and other insurance products.
• Follow up with leads and referrals to help customers save money and protect what matters most.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Help our Spanish-speaking community by providing outstanding bilingual service.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, banking, wireless, automotive, customer service, etc.).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
