Membership Advisor

The Edge Fitness Clubs is seeking a motivated Membership Advisor to join our high-energy team. In this front-facing role, you'll drive membership growth by giving engaging club tours, handling inquiries, and following up on leads. You'll match prospects with the right membership options, explain services, and support new member onboarding. Daily tasks include customer service, processing memberships and payments, handling calls, and supporting front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive new membership sales through tours, outreach, and lead follow-up
• Deliver exceptional in-person and phone customer service to prospects and members
• Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend membership options and add-on services
• Accurately process memberships, payments, and member information in club systems
• Support front desk operations, including check-in and scheduling
• Meet or exceed personal and club sales and retention goals
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming club environment
• Collaborate with trainers and club staff to support promotions and events
