Lead and train the Asset Protection team, scheduling and guiding daily activities.;
Identify and investigate theft, fraud, and operational weaknesses, documenting investigations.;
Utilize data and CCTV to detect shrinkage and safety issues; implement corrective actions.;
Conduct safety audits, manage incident/investigation reporting, and participate in Emergency Action Plans and drills.;
Collaborate with Field Investigations and internal/external stakeholders to resolve investigations and improve procedures.
