Apex Refrigeration Cooling and Heating LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our growing Field Operations team. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for a licensed professional with strong diagnostic, repair, and installation experience in residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate values teamwork, communicates effectively with both customers and office staff, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Perform routine maintenance and system inspections

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components efficiently and accurately

Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and recommended solutions

Work collaboratively with fellow technicians and office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and service execution

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company procedures

Participate in on-call rotation for weekend and after-hours service as scheduled

Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working condition

Minimum 2 years of HVAC diagnostic, repair, and installation experience

Valid D or B HVAC License (required)

Must provide basic hand tools

High School Diploma or GED

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills with customers and team members

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

$65,000 – $85,000 annual salary (based on experience)
