We are currently seeking a Sheet metal Journeyman to join our HVAC and Plumbing installation department. This role involves pre-construction coordination and developing construction shop drawings for projects across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Fabricate, install, and repair commercial/industrial HVAC ventilation systems
- Interpret construction drawings, schematics, and project specifications
- Assist with pre-construction coordination and produce detailed shop drawings
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a project team
- Uphold company standards of safety, professionalism, and workmanship
- Represent Action Air to clients and uphold our reputation for quality and service
- CT Licensed Sheet metal Mechanic or experienced Sheet Metal Apprentice
- Valid driver's license and professional license
- Strong understanding of HVAC system fabrication and installation
- Ability to read and interpret written, oral, and diagrammatic instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
