Manchester Country Club (MCC) is seeking a motivated, service-driven Golf Professional to step into a high-impact Golf Professional / First Assistant-level role. This position offers significant responsibility, growth opportunity, and earning potential for the right PGA-affiliated professional.
This job is potentially a Head Golf Professional position for the right candidate in the future after the Director of golf and Board of Governors sees the commitment to Manchester CC.
Position OverviewThe selected professional will play a key role in leading daily golf operations while delivering exceptional instruction and member service. This individual will be empowered to run and assist with all aspects of the golf operation, contribute to programming and scheduling, and grow teaching, clinics, and junior development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing day-to-day golf operations
- Deliver high-level instruction through private lessons, clinics, camps, and junior programs
- Lead and support women's clinics, youth programming, PGA Junior League, OAKC, and individual instruction
- Help with scheduling, staffing, and tournament operations
- Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests
- Utilize Track Man technology for teaching and club fitting
- PGA of America member or apprentice in good standing
- Strong work ethic and flexibility with scheduling
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Passion for teaching, player development, and growing the game

BenefitsCompensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $52,000-$67,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Plus Lesson and Bonus Money.
- 100% of lesson income
