Regional Transportation Manager

Overview

Primary Regional Leader of our Raymour and Flanigan Transportation team. Partner with Distribution and Delivery Operation Teams for effective product movement. Develop a high functioning team of Transportation Supervisors, Coordinators, and Tractor Trailer Drivers. Assess and recommend regional fleet make up and operation for effective customer service. Encourage and reward safe operations. Influence direction and effectiveness of Raymour and Flanigan's Distribution and Transportation Network.

Responsible for optimization of Distribution and Transportation network. Recruit and train tractor trailer drivers. Develop department financial goals and meet or exceed those goals. Build individual and team credibility throughout the organization. Embrace and Drive change within the team and throughout the organization. Collaborate with internal and external repair shops to maintain fleet of tractors and trailers.

• Experience with DOT & FMCSA heavy-duty vehicle regulations & compliance
• Fleet management experience
• Flexible Schedule with ability to assist with 24/7 Operations
• Familiarity with Invoicing and Budget management;
  Net Suite Knowledge preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
