Compensation: $1,153 - $1,300 / week

Action Air Systems is seeking an experienced, organized, and safety-focused Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse and logistics operations in Manchester, Connecticut.

This hands-on leadership position oversees warehouse personnel and drivers while ensuring materials, tools, vehicles, inventory, and deliveries are managed efficiently to support our commercial HVAC construction and service teams.

• Supervising warehouse personnel and drivers
• Coordinating shipping, receiving, deliveries, and driver routes
• Managing inventory, purchase orders, tools, and equipment
• Overseeing fleet maintenance, GPS monitoring, and DOT compliance
• Maintaining warehouse organization, facility upkeep, and safety standards
• Collaborating with project managers and field supervisors
• Providing backup after-hours support when needed

• High school diploma or GED required
• Forklift Certification
• CT Drivers License in good standing CDL a plus
• At least three years of warehouse, logistics, inventory management, or related experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
