McDonald's - - Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain technology equipment in McDonald’s restaurants;
Perform self-installs and operating system upgrades;
Troubleshoot POS technology issues;
Provide resources, tools, and support as new technologies and initiatives are deployed;
Perform scheduled maintenance and ensure proper cable management;
Communicate technology issues, outcomes, needs, and costs weekly;
Set up new hire accounts and reset passwords as necessary;
Be available to troubleshoot on-site or over the phone;
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds;
Weekend work may be required occasionally
