• Set direction and drive performance for Production Consulting and Market Selection teams
• Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of consultants
• Serve as a technical expert and trusted industry resource
• Leverage data, technology, and KPIs to improve production outcomes
• Champion continuous improvement, animal welfare, biosecurity, and safety
