We are seeking a talented Registered Nurse for our Infection Control team. The RN will work within a supportive and collaborative culture to provide competent, compassionate, and holistic patient care. The role includes patient and family education, leadership in decision‑making and problem‑solving, mentorship of colleagues, and adherence to evidence‑based standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery. Continuous improvement and lifelong learning are integral to the position.

The selected RN will work as part of a team that delivers safe, therapeutic, and patient‑centered care, influences patient empowerment, and contributes to high quality clinical outcomes and financial performance. Key duties include integrating knowledge and skills to meet patient and family needs across the continuum, communicating effectively, and collaborating with the healthcare delivery team.

• BSN required (Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing)
• Minimum 4 years of nursing experience (5 years preferred)
• Infection Prevention experience preferred
• Valid Virginia RN license required
• Registered Nurse certification
