Electrical Assembler I

Job located in Manchester, IA, at 901 S 10th St. Position is onsite and requires U.S. citizenship. The role supports electrical assembly tasks under close supervision, focusing on quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.

• Perform soldering, hardware installation, and post‑coating once trained.
• Inspect own work to ensure compliance with workmanship standards, engineering requirements, and design specifications.
• Meet productivity expectations and customer deadlines.
• Follow Raytheon Technologies' safety, ethics, quality, and attendance policies.
• Participate in cost‑reduction and continuous‑improvement plans, audits, and required training modules.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Report progress and updates to lead or supervisor.
• Complete other assigned tasks within the scope of this job description to develop skills.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational/technical education.
• U.S. citizenship.

• Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Successful completion of training modules associated with the job grade.
• Following assembly instructions.
• Ability to handle repetitive job duties.
• Reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail for safety and quality.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Teamwork capability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Physical ability to stand for up to 9 hours.

• Work schedule:
  
  Monday‑Friday, 6:00AM–2:00PM (flexible start time).
• Training: 2weeks, 7:00AM–3:00PM.
• Hourly pay: $18.00.
• Security clearance:
  None required.
• Onsite role.

• Position is safety sensitive under FAA guidelines.
• Candidate will undergo drug and alcohol testing per FAA regulations.
