Position OverviewCoastal Demolition, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team in Manchester, Maryland. This position is responsible for estimating and managing demolition projects from preconstruction through project closeout while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects while driving schedules, budgets, and successful outcomes.
Responsibilities- Estimate commercial and industrial demolition projects
- Review project scopes, plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Prepare proposals and pricing packages
- Buy out and manage subcontractors
- Oversee project progress and maintain schedules
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries
- Track and manage project costing and budgets
- Perform project closeout activities and documentation
- Build and maintain positive relationships with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Coordinate internal project communication and reporting
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
- Experience in estimating and/or project management (demolition, construction, or related industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read construction drawings and project specifications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction estimating/project management software preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
