Requirements:

Must hold active RN license in practicing state.

Experience in LTC, SNF, or geriatric nursing preferred.

Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

BLS required; LTC certifications highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Care:  Assess resident condition; respond to changes promptly.

Administer medications, treatments, and wound care.

Compliance & Documentation:  Document care accurately per LTC regulations.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans.

Support &

Education:

Educate residents and families on care plans and goals.

Maintain a safe and supportive resident environment.
