Senior Accountant

Our client is a well-established, privately held manufacturing organization with a long history of innovation, financial stability, and reinvestment in its people. This is a direct-hire opportunity to step into a visible, impactful accounting role with room to grow.

You’ll own core general ledger responsibilities while partnering closely with leadership to provide meaningful financial insight.

• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries
• Perform variance analysis and explain results to leadership
• Support month-end close and monthly financial reporting
• Track and analyze financial performance by product line, business unit, and customer
• Assist with audit schedules, tax reporting, and international filings (as applicable)
• Analyze foreign currency transactions and financial impact
• Identify financial risks and opportunities through data-driven analysis
• Improve accounting processes for efficiency and controls
• Lead and develop a Staff Accountant
• Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP
• CPA or advanced accounting certification preferred
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning your work
• Clear communicator who works well across teams
• Someone who can juggle priorities without dropping the ball
