Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to accurately input, update, and maintain information across company databases and systems. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
Responsibilities- Enter, update, and verify data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Identify, correct, and report data discrepancies or errors
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Generate reports and retrieve data as requested
- Follow data security, privacy, and confidentiality guidelines
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
- Previous experience in data entry or an administrative role
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data management tools
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or database systems
- Familiarity with data privacy standards
