State Technical College of Missouri is accepting applications for full time, 12 month, exempt, benefit eligible Resident Life & Operations Coordinator. This role supports Housing, campus operations, and the Activity Center on an as‑needed basis. The position is housed in Nilges Administration Wing, alongside Campus Operations leadership, to ensure efficient communication and timely support across departments.

Required Qualifications- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak programming periods
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in residence life, housing operations, student activities, recreation, or campus programming
- Experience with event coordination, customer service, and social media communication
- Assist with community‑building efforts in residence halls, including evening/weekend programming.
- Create and distribute announcements, program highlights, and event updates.
- Support RLC workflows, resident communication, and housing processes.
- Serve as a resource to residents and assist with addressing day‑to‑day housing concerns.
- Help coordinate move‑in, move‑out, and other cyclical Housing operations.
- Support RAs and student staff through communication, scheduling, and basic training assistance.
- Maintain Housing social media presence with timely, accurate posting.
- Provide assistance to the Activity Center Coordinator during peak needs, including youth programming (Jan–Apr), tournaments, and evening activities.
- Help coordinate referees, student workers, and event support staff.
- Assist with event setup, supervision, and facility oversight during scheduled coverage periods.
- Serve as back‑up support during Coordinator absences or short‑term leave needs.
- Provide general administrative and communication support for Housing and Campus Operations.
- Maintain organized schedules, calendars, timelines, and departmental communication channels.
- Assist with rentals, event scheduling, operational coordination, and campus logistics.
- Track engagement metrics, attendance, and program outcomes for Housing and Activity Center events.
- Ensure policy adherence, safety protocols, and customer service standards are met.
- Support campus events and activities as assigned.
