An Operations Assistantprovides administrative, clerical and hands-on support to ensure an organization's smooth and efficient operation.

They assist with various tasks, including data management, reporting, scheduling, and communication, playing a crucial role in supporting operations staff and management.

  • Problem Solving:Identifying and addressing operational issues.
  • Training:May be involved in employee training and onboarding.
  • Programming: May be involved in wiring and programming of some low voltage security items.
  • Social media: Involved in the management and updating of the company's social media accounts.
