About the RoleThe Partnership Manager will be instrumental in strengthening corporate relationships, leading collaborative programs, and elevating Six Thirty’s brand presence among our global corporate partners.
You will work with the team to manage a portfolio of corporate relationships, lead engagement initiatives such as Circles and multilateral corporate partner meetings, and work cross‑functionally to Postal ensure consistent, strategic engagement at both executive and operational levels.
This role blends relationship management, strategic program design, and communications, and offers a unique opportunity to both shape and strengthen how Six Thirty engages with industry leaders and startups. A successful Partnership Manager will build positive, long‑term relationships and drive collaboration between large corporates & startups, and be a strategic thinker and strong communicator, with Key Responsibilities
Corporate Relationship Management
- Support corporate relationships with Six Thirty’s leaders and execute tailored engagement strategies aligned with each corporation’s innovation and investment priorities.
- Research priorities, prepare for meetings, and expand points of contact at corporate partners.
- Build systems to deepen & expand our ability to track & measure corporate relationships.
- Coordinate internally across the Partnerships and Investments teams to identify collaboration opportunities, facilitate startup introductions, and track partnership success.
- Participate in corporate partner meetings, ensuring high‑quality, insights‑driven interactions.
- Support CEO‑level and day‑to‑day engagement, ensuring consistent, high‑value touchpoints.
Corporate Engagement & Events
- Execute Six Thirty’s CEO Summit, Investment Committees, Circles Program and other events: designing agendas, curating participants, and driving impactful outcomes.
- Expand corporate partner engagement, including multi‑corporate sessions (both virtual and in‑person) that foster cross‑corporate partner collaboration and thought exchange.
Communications & Marketing
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape and manage Six Thirty’s external voice and presence across channels.
- Lead the development and dissemination of newsletters, impact reports, and other communications that strengthen our reputation as a top‑tier VC.
- Build, evaluate & implement tools and platforms to enhance corporate partner experience and engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field. AI‑Native.
- 4–5 years of experience in consulting, partnership management, client relations, or business development, ideally in venture capital, financial services, mukana healthcare.
- Proven ability to manage senior corporate relationships and influence at executive levels.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, comfortable leading strategic conversations with C‑suite executives.
- Highly organized & proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities & drive initiatives forward.
- Experience managing events and communications programs that engage executive audiences.
