As the Regulatory Product Manager, you will manage regulatory and enhancement priorities from discovery through delivery with a strong focus on client experience. You will ensure products are intuitive and reliable, enabling tax professionals to serve as trusted advisors while supporting the calculation engine that drives accuracy across both assisted and DIY experiences.

• Develop an understanding of client and tax pro needs to help shape priorities that support advisor expertise and client confidence
• Guide discovery and delivery for enhancement work, ensuring solutions are intuitive, reliable, and season‑ready
• Collaborate with regulatory and product partners to provide clear product direction and support aligned execution
• Maintain a prioritized backlog with well‑defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support product ceremonies and squad rituals to keep teams aligned and moving forward
• Deliver accurate, high‑quality outcomes across assisted and DIY experiences that build trust over time

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
• Demonstrated decision making, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated effectiveness in presenting complex information to multiple organizational levels, with strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Introduction to formal product management methodologies
• 3 years minimum related work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and product planning tools

• Introduction to structured technology delivery/software development life cycles
• PMP certification, or equivalent, or completed work towards PMP certification, or equivalent

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job‑related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short‑term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
