Little Pearls Pediatric Dentistry is excited to announce a job opening for a Pediatric Dental Front Office Coordinator. This role is integral to our team and provides a pivotal link between our patients and the seamless care they receive. As our Front Office Coordinator, you will be the first face our young patients and their guardians see, setting the tone for a warm, welcoming experience in our pediatric dental practice.

We are hiring for 24‑30 hours per week.

• Warmly greet patients and guardians, ensuring a friendly, calming presence upon their visit.
• Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling and insurance benefit eligibility to ensure efficient running of the dental office.
• Handle patient registration, paperwork and the update of records to maintain up-to-date information.
• Manage inbound and outbound office communications, including phone calls and emails.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient records and adhere to HIPAA and other privacy laws.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area to ensure a pleasant welcoming environment.
