About the Company: Major supplier of driveline components, located between Joplin, MO, and Springfield, MO.

Responsibilities

Lead Maintenance Manager, overseeing all mechanical and electrical systems of equipment.

Coordinate all inside and outside services and vendors.

Manage modifications involving maintenance personnel, production staff, and outside contractors.

Organize meetings with personnel affected by new or modified equipment.

Request quotations and develop installation plans prior to equipment installation or modification.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree preferred.

Required Skills

Experience leading shift maintenance technicians.
Knowledge of building maintenance and machinery.
Familiarity with PLCs and quality standards.
