Starting Pay: $21.12 per hour (& up, depending on verifiable experience)

• Serve as a representative of the Technology Department by providing quality technical support and service to students, staff, and the Parkway community.
• Responsible for providing tech support in the schools for hardware, software, peripherals, and interactive whiteboards.
• Diagnose basic technology hardware, software, and network problems.
• Assist with school hardware and software upgrades including installation and maintenance of current software releases.
• Coordinate scheduling and facilitate the use of building technology resources including computer labs, offices, and classroom computers.
• Provide instructional assistance in the use of software programs and primary hardware to students, teachers, support staff and administrators.
• Ensure that all Parkway technology equipment is properly inventoried and tracked.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 60 college credits at an accredited university; four‑year degree, technology certifications, or 2 years' experience is preferred.
• Previous experience or basic knowledge of desktop computer hardware and software as well as peripheral devices (printers, scanners, projection devices, Smart Boards, etc.) is preferred.
• Ability to work and thrive under pressure.
• Ability to travel between buildings as needed throughout the school year.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
• Communicates clearly, both oral and written.
