What you’ll do
- Lead projects from precon through closeout (PM ownership with real autonomy)
- Partner with estimating and field teams to drive schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction
- Manage a mix of delivery methods: conceptual and hard bid
- Oversee ground-up and build-out work
- Typical project size: $1M–$15M
- Approximately 90% local work
- Strong focus on retail, plus civic/municipal, historic renovations, education, medical, and other commercial work
- Seasoned GC-side PM experience
- Background in both estimating and project management (ideal)
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and keeping projects moving without drama
