Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN First Assist (RNFA) for an Operating Room position requiring a MO or compact RN license and recent OR experience. Responsibilities Work in the Operating Room Complex within a hospital setting Day shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm 13-week assignment duration RNFA will be responsible for pre-, intra-, and post-operative patient care and first assisting in surgical procedures Blocked scheduling may be considered based on facility needs Up to 5 days of requested time off is permitted but must be made up during the assignment Local candidates within 50 miles may be subject to contract length and return limitations Candidates with a home address within 50 miles are restricted to three consecutive 13-week contracts at a local facility before a required break or transfer Requirements Active MO or compact RN license required at the time of consideration First Assistant (RNFA) certification required Current BLS certification required with no expiring certs within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal is scheduled Minimum 1 year of recent experience in perioperative nursing and first assisting Valid U.S. Social Security Number required No employment gaps of 90 or more days within the past 12 months Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job  P-620714.
