Mercy South Float Pool is seeking a dynamic RN to provide patient care across multiple units with a strong focus on assessment, teamwork, and compassionate care. You will rotate through Med/Surg, ICU, Telemetry, and other units while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
The role offers flexible shifts and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for eligible RNs. BSN preferred and state RN license required, with comprehensive benefits starting day one.
