• Compensation $115,000–$258,000+ earning potential (salary, hourly, Pro Sal, or per-shift—you choose) – Optional Pro Sal with no negative accrual
• Bonus: up to $50,000 or we’ll match any competitive bonus offer
• Schedule: Craft YOUR custom schedule—part-time, full-time, or per shift. Options include: 6-hour shifts (8 AM–2 PM or 2 PM–8 PM), 12-hour shifts (8 AM–8 PM), no-on call or after hours
