We are hiring Sales Support Specialist

Candidates must be based in Saint Louis, MO

Reporting to Sales Director

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure the sales processes are effectively followed my managing and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Monitor pricing module to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide support for the sales team with pricing and quotations through the CRM system using price margin management
  • Generate and analyze sales data reports to support the sales team in accelerating business and providing customer service
  • Receive and acknowledge customer complaints, assign to respective department manager, and complete root cause analysis
  • Manage any product claims or returns with Sales Director
  • Manage and maintain customer master in SAP
  • Ensure proper filing of all documents and records in compliance to company standards
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information
  • Promoting the highest quality image of ROHA with co-workers, customers, vendors, and the community
  • Maintaining and enhancing the culture and core values of ROHA
